I'm thinking about getting the xxr 531 18x, I wonder if it requires spacers? I know there's different offset. If anyone has them and some info that'll be great.

Those have three track days on them? You need to drive faster.

Quick XXR question.... on all of the internet, I only see one reference to the XXR 526 on an Evo X, in that it will not fit. Is this confirmed? Where does it not fit, is the barrel of the wheel too small and hits the caliper?

Pic from an eBay auction:

I'd aim for the 18x9 +25. Should be perfect for my goals (of course, if it fits).

should clear brembo. they cleared on my genesis. those wheels are heavy too by the way. and if you don't have a deep lip with those they look tacky.

for ref

U gota be careful with any wheel with a lip especially one that deep. It'll probably fit but with crazy spacers.

Thanks for the input, all. That quick pic I posted was a picture of the 18x10 (my apologies). I would be looking at the 18x9 (pic from different eBay auction):

The lip is still there, but shallower. And thanks whatever210. I'm assuming you have 18x9 on your fronts, in that pic. The Brembo-equipped GC's front rotors are 13.4"; the EVO's are 13.7"...so pretty close. I guess I gotta find someone local with these on another car, willing to let me try mounting one up

Can someone tell me the size of the XXR centercap cap decal? I'm trying to get a custom XXR decal instead of that original one.

Hey guys i was looking ar ordering the 527's for the evo in 20mm offset. Now i had seen this new style they have but they dont have the 18x9.75 wheels. The wheels im looking at are
XXR 969 18x10.25 Chromium Black 5-100/5-114.3 [+20mm] and i was curious if this would fit the car because of the 10.25 instead of the 9.75. Does anyone have their evo with these wheels?

I would do the 8.75 but i would like to go a little wider. So idk if i would need spacers or what i would need. I'm new to the rim game. If these are gonna be a pain in the butt to install i will just continue and order the 527's. Thanks.
