356 for the 18x10. 19 pounds. I was thinking of getting them for the track. I hit a hole in the dirt at the apex a few week ago at the track and when they tried to balance it yesterday for my new tires it wobbled. Enkie 05Rr. I abused my old XXR 527 more and they never bent. Now I need to spend 580 on a new wheel. I can't feel it's bent when driving but prob shouldn't use it at the track.

I was hoping the XXR forged were around 250.

anyone have any info on how the 530's in 18x8.75 with the +20mm offset fit? would be using the stock 245/40 tires,

or would you recommend the 18x9.75 +20 running 245/40r18 tires slightly stretched until they run out of tread and then going 255/40 or 265/40

i have 245/40r18 hankook ventus s1 noble2 tires if that matters on "stretchability"

Hey guys, My Stock Advans are basically done now. The car is in storage for the winter at the moment but now i am looking to order some new tires. I can get the results on tirerack.com for the STOCK tire but i am clueless on what tires to get for the XXR 527 18x9.75 20mm offset. I'm such a newbie when it comes to tires it is unbelievable.

Can someone please point me in the direction of some tires that would fit these rims? It would just be for driving around and no track use at all. Doesn't matter if it is summer tires or all season. I'm looking for the cheapest bang for the buck.. not really.. but not expensive. I'm lowered on the Ebiach Kit. Thank you!

I have the Ebiach Pro kit with the 527's 18x9.75 20mm offset. I know the STOCK tires are 245/40-18 . My stock tires are all done now.. i dont know what tires i need so i do not rub. Even if i do a fender roll what would look great on the Evo X's? 265? 255 width? I am clueless on what tire to get for strictly street (long lasting) and what size to get as well.. Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.

275s work great on 9.5 I had that setup on my Z (as do most people). We're not talking about huge size differences here. 265 vs 275 is .384".
Wait.. the stock tire is 245/40/18 and you are saying that 265/35/18 is close to stock?

I'm confused, i thought the higher the first 3 digits then the wider the tires are...? I'm lowered on Eibach kit and my stock tires are up on my 527's. Should i go for the 265/35/18 tire on my 9.5 setup?

With the 265 you might rub in the rear. Can't say for sure. If anything you might need a slight roll.

Will this cause the tire to stick out in the rear? I wouldn't mind the meater tire anyway.. i would just rather bring it to tire discount and tell them the exact tire size i want and that i would need to roll the rear fenders before they even mount it.

I need to know if the 265/35/18 will go past our mudflaps! Can anyone answer this? I'm not trying to have a tire than is larger than our mudflaps. I prefer the mudflaps cover the tire. I'm not sure if i should go 265 or 255 for this case....

all tires have different tread width/overall width. You need to find the actual tire and check, and measure the mudflaps and at least you'll have a guestimate, 265 and 255 really arent THAT much of a difference

I stalked the XXR threads for awhile here while trying to figure out sizes.....I can tell you this there is a lot of false information about rubbing and such with certain size tires and wheels.

With that said I got confused enough that I just went with this....

XXR 527 Matte Bronze 18x9.5 +20 with 265/35/18 Pilot Super Sports.

1. The tires rubbed in the rear enough that I had to have that addressed.
2. Tires rub in the front just before full lock. This was not bad enough that I cared because of the way the car looked. But it does make some good noise if you need to go full lock on the steering.

Car is 100% Stock Suspension. And Dirty in the pics :-)
