RR Evo - Matte Bronze RPF-1's - PSS

So I've been looking and wheels/tires entirely too long, hoping to score a sweet deal on some baller used wheels. Unfortunately I didnt have any luck there and decided to pick up a set of RPF-1s as much as I didnt want to since they are so popular. But, I decided to get Matte Bronze... which I have rarely seen online even. So here they are with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 265-35-18's.

Thoughts?

looks pretty good. 10.5" width?
you will have you post a review on the pilot supers after a thousand miles or so.

RFP-1s aren't my favorite wheels in terms of show but they are in terms of weight and price. if i wind up on the track more than a couple of times a year i'm going to get a set to run some track tyres.

They are 9.5" wide. Didn't want to worry too much about rubbing or anything. I'll definately post up a review on the tires after some miles. Still less than a hundred miles on them as of now.

After comparing weight and price options of wheels I decided to go with RPF1's as well. They are currently in the mail somewhere. Enjoy!

good choice. i think i will be buying 9.5s as well since i may run the same tyre and size you are running.

i just cant make up my mind if i want 1 set of wheels with the PSS tyres or 2 sets, 1 with a hard long mileage tyre and 1 with something like the nitto nt01s

Just go with one set! BTW Oakos was awesome working with on top of great pricing on the wheels. Picked up the tires from treaddepot.

i'm interested in a review of the tires... have you had autox type tires (dunlop starspec, advan ad08, bstones re11)? if you did how would you compare the PSS to those?

Unfortunately I havent had any of your tires listed.... I've had OEM Advans and Kumho MX's. I'll still try to give them a fair assessment.
