No brand hood dampers good buy!

Hey fellas, so i decided to take a chance and buy the hood dampers found on EBAY. They are pretty cheap in price but so far they are very worth the price. When i got them, they were wrapped and protected pretty good. It only took me a few minutes to install. i only needed a friend to help me lift the hood higher. So far, it opens and closes great! I will keep you guys posted in a few weeks to let you know how they are holding up. Note to mention, i believe it comes with a one year warranty as well.

Alvoturk9000 I believe. I haven't come across any issues but I just put them on so only time will tell. I only went with these because they were cheaper than most I have seen. And this set doesn't require rivets or any drilling.

Is the dampers strong? I heard if it's too strong, it can bend your hood upwards.

they might be a little strong but thats only if you open your hood and let it go. i usually hold it until it reaches a certain point and then it just gradually reaches its top position.

As are as the price was, i believe it cost me $55 for everything shipped!!

i'm also using ebay dampers from the same seller. 6 months no issues they were simple to install and fit perfectly as well. Mine are black.. I'm gonna take them off though becauase he advises not to use them with cf hoods but I also give 2 thumbs up
