I come from a world of Subaru's and they are often against too aggressive offset. One of the reasons is that it kills bearings. Is this an issue for Evo's?

wheel bearings are wear and tear items. It shouldn't be a concern to begin with.

I want a 275 tire so i have to stick to a higher offset myself like maybe a +30. The +22 and +20 look great though!

I have a set of RE30 in 18x10.5 +25. Putting aside for the moment the fact that your wheel is a 19 I think one problem will be the backspacing. Ive heard the 18x10+35 works. If this is true then the 11' wide +25 being only 2mm or so more rim on the inside should work as well. It will rub the fender liner in front, and worst case scenario you gotta run a tiny spacer to help with strut clearance, which had better be aftermarket by the way. On the fender side its going to be like running a 10.5 +19. With that you must roll the rears and run a stretched tire with around -2 camber with a decent spring rate I would say just to be safe. I dont have any experience with 19's, and I actually havent even mounted my 18's yet either, so this is just guesswork.
