And if you order the 6 piston front kit (that we sell) that works with your OE caliper and slap a Girodisc 2pc rear rotor (available soon) you save even more weight.

That is due to slitly larger piston sizing. Takes a little more force to push them but they grab alot hard alot faster.

Do you sell the oem rotor replacement(Front and rear cross drilled/slotted rotora)? if so, how much are they? Thanks!

Currently there are no OE replacement rotors for the EVO X available. We will have our 2pc OE replacement rotors available early Aug.

Hey Johann, since you stated the stock rotor was ~24.5 lbs you may want to update Girodisc's website stating the stock rotor is 22 lbs here: http://girodisc.com/catalog/product_...roducts_id=406 (may be more instances on other pages). It's a boon for marketing!

That’s an EVO 7/8/9 rotor weighs 22lbs. The EVO X rotor is larger weighing in at 24lbs.

Minimal modifications are to ether remove or bend back the dust sheilds for the larger size rotors.
