+22 Offset – bad for car?

How much camber are you running? Might want to go slighly more negative.

Yes, my wheels are 9.5" wide from lip to lip.

I think with this set up you will be ok for clearance. That said, the tire wear (on inner side of tires)will be more than OEM set up but significantly better handling.

Sorry for the n00b question...

do you need camber bolts to do that on stock suspension + springs?

I believe you can with OEM set up.

Yes a 9.5" wheel will measure 10.5" outer lip to lip in most cases on a one piece wheel.
