will it affect the S-AWD control ?

Hi Guys !
I have a good question for all of you.

As you know, the car has a super-all wheel drive control. It's a intelligent control car. The car will control brakes, during hard braking (ABS) or turning fast (only the side you are turning in this case).

BUT, if you change the pad's brakes, it'll change the way its going to brake. If you have high performance brake, I guess it will brake more than it's supposed to. Don't you think the car may lose good ABS braking because it brakes too hard (on snow, dust) and may over turn during fast cornering ???

I'm looking for low dust pads but I don't trust it very well.

What is your experience about it ?

I've been running Ferodo DS2500 front + rear (yes, they now make a dedicated EvoX pads). Great bite (though they may need 1-2 stops before coming to operating temp but then braking force is way over stock). They dust more though and are little squeeky. If you track your car from time to time i would strongly recommend these.

Just had these Project Mu B Force front pads installed the other day, thanks to the guys out at NTB St. Charles. Along with Motul RBF600 from AMS, I could tell right away that they stopped the car faster than the stock pads. Too soon to tell how bad the dusting/ noise squealing will be.

I also just installed Project Mu B Force in the fronts only. After looking at your pictures, I can see you didnt use the factory backing shims. When I installed mine I used brake pad greese on the backs and on the sides. I also greesed up the shims where the piston hits the shims. I also greesed up the pad retainer pins and the retainer spring where it hits the pads. The brake dust on the factory pads was getting crazy. The new pads have about 1 thousand miles on them and so far have been fantastic. No brake dust and they seem a little better performance wise then factory. The noise the factory pads was getting annoying. Just as an FYI my GSR has 21000 miles on it and the factory pads seemed at about 1/2. But I dont track mine and its almost all highway miles. I think these pads can go 40 thousand miles before you need to change them. On a side note. I got mine from lancershop for 79.99 and they were here in 3 days with standard shipping. Lancershop is a great vendor IMHO.

I just swapped out my tired DS2500's back to the stock pads because I couldn't stand the noise driving around town (I think it's from the rear pad adapters).

Holy guacamole the stock pads don't have nearly as much bite or stopping power as the DS2500's.

i have an endless racing pads. Not for street though. They are the best pads i have ever used.
So from there i can safely assume they street pads are just as good compere to other street pads. But they are on the pricey side. And for sure for a good reason
