In general the brakes are quite noisy on many of the production Brembo setups.
Softer pads sometimes fix it - but it is no guarantee. And crappy non-stopping brakes kind of ruin an EVO.
The first thing I would do is bed the crap out of them.
After that - try anything to change the resonant frequency a bit. Flip the shims/grease the ends of the backing plates, the pins. Anytyhing in the path of noise transmission. Take the rotors off and re-install.
Some of it might not work at all - unfortunately you are chasing a ghost a bit.
I will say I find it pretty alarming that Brembo can fail at NVH so bad and the Stoptech kit on my STi which probably has zero or nearly zero NVH research is pretty much silent w/ Hawk HP+ pads that can absolutely SHRIEK in the factory Brembo's.

Go to a quiet road or parking lot and do 5 really hard stops from about 60 miles per hour to about 10 miles per hour. Don't come to a complete stop and don't wait for the brakes to cool down in between stops. You have to really step on it, like an emergency braking situation. It will take care of the problem for a while. Repeat as necessary and when it starts squealing again. Use common sense and don't do it in traffic or in a situation where you will endanger other people or yourself. And it's going to be kind of hard to explain to a cop, so again, use common sense.
