1) wheel not perfectly mounted on hub - if aftermarket wheels get hubcentric rings to ensure perfect centering.
2) tire out of round. Road force balance might find it

I also had this problem from the get go and still have it at 750 miles. Am planning to re-torque the rims tomorrow and will talk to the dealership about it for it's first service.
