Damn, that is not good. Sorry that you've had so much trouble with these coilovers. Try to get it warrantied or refunded.

Did you try contacting the vendor you bought the coilovers from when you had a problem?

Oh yeah. They were very helpful, they are going to see if they can repair them. If not hopefully replace them. I am going to send the set back and get them to set the prelods and make sure the rest of the coilovers are not comprimised like the one that broke.
