I am using rear end links made for the Evo 9, on my X. I had to leave the rear end on the ground to install the end links. It is a little tight fit to put them on but they work. The front end links are pretty short, so you can buy any end links made for a civic/integra and they will fit nicely. There wasn't any company making end links for the Evo X at the time when I was looking so I had to improvise by comparing sizes of what was out there on the market.

Just be aware, if you use aftermarket end links that are heim joint type, you will likely to get more clucking sounds from them.

aftermarket one or OEM?
the aftermarket one, i got it from robi spec http://robispec.com/, i e-mailed him, and he said he has it for 120 and i asked if they are stronger than oem and he said yes. so i ordered a set today and hope i will receive it soon.
the OEM one, i ordered them from mitsu dealership.

I also have the same sway bars as you! I have broken the links hitting the gator teeth on the track!

I am going to buy an extra set in case I need them at the track.
