Is there any aftermarket (open ended) that will work on the stock X wheels? Ideally would also work with aftermarket wheels, but I may have to buy 2 sets of lugs anyway. But basically I want to run extended studs with factory wheels.

As long as the "seat" of the lugnut is the one required for the wheel, you're ok. Your stock wheels are "Shank" style seat, whereas most aftermarket is "Conical" seat. In most cases, you'll need two seperate sets.

Some of the info I gave you was wrong..! I was at the warehouse yesterday and took a look at the OEM wheels (Enkei) and lugnuts, they are in fact "Cone Seat" and not "Shank Style". So aftermarket lugnuts should work for both your oem rims and aftermarket ones.

Those in your link should be OK!
