It should work, the only thing I worry about is that your rim is not running closer to your strut, but nothing spacers can't fix.

Your rim/tires may rub on the strut. This has already been said. Please learn to read and stop asking the same questions over and over. You need to run a lower offset as the wheel is 1" wider than stock. Just buy the 22 offset and you will have no problems. It is ideal to run the offset on the wheel and not use spacers.

I'm guessing you don't know what a spacer is. A spacer is a ring of certain thickness you mount on the wheel hub before you mount the actual wheel. In essence, you are decreasing the offset of the wheel. Try reading up on what Offset is, there's plenty of info online.

So when you add a spacer of 15 mm to your wheel, your offset changes from 38 to 38-15 = 23mm. Hence, you can use the wheels safely. Hope that clears things up a bit for you.

A 245 width tire on a 9.5'' wide rim will be stretched pretty far. If you turn hard, you will be riding the side wall. On a 9.5'' wide rim, a 265 width tire is ideal. For your rim offset, you'll want to be at +20 to +22 to be flush with the fenders and have good clearance all around.

No, you may not be ok. It may not clear the struts since the offset may not be great enough. You should be in the 20's with a 9.5" wheel. Doesn't matter that tire you put on.

I wouldn't listen to what 5zigen has to say. They just want your money and will tell you anything. My friend ordered 2 sets of wheels from 5zigen. Both times they said, yes, it will fit. Only to have them BOTH not fit his X. So make sure you have some spacers handy just in case.

x2 - you don't really want to put a 245 tire on a 9.5" wheel.

I don't recommend 245/40 on a 9.5 wheel however.... Most tire manufacturers will say it is safe.

Of course they will, they want you to prematurely/unevenly wear your tires so you'll buy more.

True on wanting you to buy more, however having a stretch on the tire won't wear it out unevenly or any faster, that comes down to your alignment/balancing specs.

When you stretch a tire, it wears on the outsides of the tread next to the sidewall more.

your taste in mods are questionable.. the chargespeed kit is fugly no offense.. but if you do want the kit.. you want to go 18x10 +20 on the rims so the kit does not make your rims look puny..

if you get a kit.. i'm sure you're ok with modding your fenders.. go all out and do 18x11 rims
