Can any one help me with some accurate section width measurements of their tires? I am looking for you to measure your section width on your Star Specs and your RE-11(or RE01R). The tire size I would like to accurately know is 265/35/18 and 255/35/18 only. I have already done some searching and some googling and it seems tirerack's measurements are slightly inaccurate as they list both these tires as having the same section width and we know that is just not true. Any help is appreciated. Ohhh and most important can you also tell me what width rim you measured on also.

why couldn't it be true?

Go look at a Hoosier A6 in 285/30/18 and 295/30/18. The 285 is wider than the 295.

if you have to consider the 265/35/18 is measured on a 9.5 inch wide rim and the 255/35/18 is measured on a 9 inch wide rim....
