just finished installing mine, so far they look normal hahha, i've got myself a set of BC did some reading on the manual andthey came pre-set with the heights and installed. the front looks so much better now but the rear still looks high but not too sure probably it has to settle down. so far it all went well. will be heading to the tire shop later on to set the alignment, pump nitrogen, camber setting and adjust the height for the rears.

i'm looking at -2 upfront and -1 at the rears with 0 toe.

I think you installed the fronts in the rear, and rears in the front. Classic mix up case...

i highly doubt its possible to install the front in the rear and rear in the front. if the X's are anything like an 8 or 9 the rear only has 1 bolt going through it and the fronts have 2. its possible he just slammed the rear by accident since he said he didn't adjust them when they were on the car. all you gotta do is jack the car up and loosen the lower ring and change height, not touch the 2 rings at the top holding the spring in place.

i could get my car to go this low in the rear by slamming it, so its not very hard to do this if you have them all the way slammed down. its funny how he has the front so high vs the rear tho.

Is the guy sure he didn't get coilovers for an Evo8/9? Also, it sounds like the guy has never installed coilover suspension before.

For sure, I'd take those out and inspect it. Impossible to tell from just descriptions.
