Rotation of strut bolt

How much additional negative camber you get after rotating upper front strut bolt on evo10 ? I gained only 0.5*

So my front camber now is -1.5* on both sides.

usually if you loosen upper and lower bolts and take up all the slop as well before you tighten everything down you can get close to a full degree

And loading the car onto the strut will push the top in some more or use a long bar and pull out the bottom.
