3-Wheeling
On the track, on some of the turns I'm experiencing the inside rear wheel lifting off the ground and I was wondering is this normal? I'm assuming its not good as it'd promote understeering conditions - right? How do I correct this issue.

It's a combination of forward weight transfer (entering corner), your stock swaybars, and your 14k rear springs.
There's a chance that you have the JICs set to have limited rear droop travel. If that's the case, fix it, but, in general, there's not much wrong with lifting the inside rear at entry. Now, if you were lifting the inside front at exit, we'd have something to worry about.
edit: I was explaining your car's behavior at corner entry. What causes the BMWs to lift the inside front is similar, but that's corner exit and they are RWD, so they don't need the inside front at exit; you do.

... and I'm guessing it would make it worse. My car, an 03, barely went into tripod mode on stock Advans with the stock suspension; on 275 Kumhos, it went into it to the tune of 8 inches in some corners.
A stiffer rear swaybar (Hotchkis) and coilovers solved the problem. But if the car is rotating (and having only one tire on the ground on corner entry can actually help that), you might not need to 'fix' it.

Having one less tire on the ground though means one less tire helping with traction...that has to translate to less grip. It only makes logical sense. The cause is easy - stiff suspension. 14K in the rear, geez! Getting grippier, wider tires probably won't fix it. In fact, I think it'd promote it further.

On the Evo 10, lifting the rear wheel will freak out the S-AYC unit as it thinks one wheel has lost traction and it sends power to the wrong wheel. Not good for handling.
Since you are running OEM sway bars, I think it is probably because your spring rate is too high. Lower the rear spring rate and you won't lift.
Edit: For USDM Evo 8/9 without S-AYC lifting the inside rear is not a big deal.

I am sure it is not the case in this time .
but the 3 wheels on the air is sign of short suspension travel or not good balanced suspension nothing else.

If you have 3 wheels on the ground rather then 4 then thats 1 tire less without traction so technically its not good however it also means that your chassis is very stiff so your also doing something right.
