I've had these are my car for a little over 3k miles & I am happy with them so far. I've done some spirited back road driving and they handle/grip pretty well. I had an alignment done after putting them on, nothing crazy...0 toe all around -1.8 camber up front & -1 camber in the rear. I rotate my tires every 2 oil changes, so I will be rotating them next oil change. I went to the track yestesday and without touching tire pressure I was able to cut a 1.64 60 ft...I am using a 255/40/17 tire...So far a great tire for the price...

all depending on car and driver really...i would say that for regular street tires they are great for the price and quality you get from them...I was a little scared at first but once they got some use they ended up being good tires...

I just switched from these tires. Not because I didnt like them though. I had impact damage/faulty sidewall bulge that caused my switch. I never hit anything major and feel it reflects cheap construction on hankooks part. They to do grip well at the limit, but want to step up to something of higher quality.
I was running 255/35/18. Loved the steering response, but ride was fairly harsh. Also, straight line traction is not that great.
I will be posting a full review of my replacements(Continental DW). I switched to 255/40. The ride is BMW like. The smoothest performance tire I have ever driven. It seems to be every bit as good as the hankook if not better, other than a slight loss of steering feel which has alot to with the 40 profile. I will post some data to compare cornering performance.
The hankook is a bargain, but the old saying is still true... You get what you pay for. The hankook will not last as long as other are saying. Mine would have been shot at 15k miles. If you are looking for a good riding street tire I would consider the Conti DW instead.
