So my pro-kits showed up today and the first thing I noticed on the documentation in the box is instructions for cutting the bump stops. I was under the impression this wasnt necessary.

What have you guys been doing?

Im just using these for street driving. No racing of any kind.

Follow the directions, I've installed a set of Prokits on my car and a few other locals' cars this way. Not doing so could mean you're riding the bump stop too often.

yea, the guy that installed mine cut them.

Back when I installed mine, everyone was saying not to. So I didn't. Now everyone is saying you should, and you get a slightly lower drop if you cut them. I wish I had, but I'm not takin it all apart again just for that.
