There are obviously a ton of posts out there about best spring combo. It depends what you want. Go swift if you want performance, eibach if you want to go low, megan if you want to go really cheap.
Decide why you want them, and then go from there.

This may help as well.

I would highly suggest you stay away from the Teins as they will destroy the shocks, and those Bilsteins are expensive.

I run eibach prokit. I find them to be really soft for what I use my car for and on the street I worry about bottoming out a lot. I already cracked my underpanel from a dip in the road when I first installed them.
I'm not talking negatively about them. It all depends if you want show or go. For show, the eibachs are great, just be mindful when negotiating bumpy roads.
Hope that helps you decide.

Teins are regarded as one of the worst springs for the Evo, no matter which platform you have (VIII/IX or X). They lower the car too much, screwing up the suspension geometry and they tend to blow out the struts (due to the low ride height). Do some searching, you'll find it.

Search Andrew's (GT Worx) post concerning "riding bumpstops." The Evo's suspension geomtry is very very sensitivty to ride height (consider why Whitelin makes the RCA kit). Furthermore, the shock travel doesnt' allow much from stock height, let alone being lowered. Last but not least, spring rate affects handling. So fundamentally, for these chassis, you want a spring that is as stiff as you can find, all the while not lower too much to induce more body roll than stock form. I may not be totally clear...
With that said, it seems the most prefered setup is the GT Worx or the Swift springs. Both have the highest overall rates out of any springs on the market, all the while not lowering the car too much to negative affect handling characteristics.
