No idea where you found a pic of the ones you posted, but if you google "dice valve stem caps", there's like a million different ones out there. Also try those terms in Google Image Search, and Google Shopping Search.
Not 100% sure, but there's probably a way you can DIY from any pairs of dice.

Hi. I've already had my tires mounted and balanced and I'm looking for a way to throw them out of balance. I was thinking of just prying one or more of the weights off the wheels, but I'm worried that that won't look good. So I'm now thinking about adding weights to the valve stems. Whatcha all think? Would that not rock hard?

..on the other hand, I'm gonna someday maybe track my car - so I'm looking for the lightest possible valve stem caps out there.
Should I just shave down the plastic ones, or remove them completely? I'm afraid if I remove them, the exposed threads might effect my aerodynamics.
In any case, will I have to get my wheels rebalanced after such extreme weight-saving measures?
