Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone happen to have a broken sway bar in the past ??
I've been running front and rear hotchkis sway bars for 3 years, first year one of the rear end link jst bent and broke in two pieces.
Today, I was getting out of work, getting out of the parking lot, I heard like the same noise as when the oem rear end link broke but when I went to check under the car, here is what I found out :

As you can see, it's broken in two pieces. Front end links are fine but the sway bar jst broke.

So for now, I am considering the whiteline one or going back to stock. No more hotchkis. Let me know what do you think I should do ?

Wow that's scary! I would get a set of whitline if you plan in replacing them. I don't have a set myself but I've heard nothing but good things about them.

 

I'm sure that you can get them to replace that one.

Btw, IIRC that is a hollow sway bar. Do you mind measuring the wall thickness?

 

Will get thee thickness when these are getting out of the car. in 2 weeks..I am flying to LAX tomorrow
