Winter tires - Michelin Alpin PA4

Longtime lurker here... Finally decided to drive the x this winter and picked up some winter tires today - Michelin Alpin PA4. They're the first tire's I've had on the evo besides the stock advan's, however I'm shocked they are a winter tire.

They're a little softer and the ride is a bit more compliant, but not a huge sacrifice in handling. I live in upstate NY so we do get a ton of snow, but I have a 4x4 truck I can drive on those days.

Anyone else try these out yet?

Should be fine this winter, especially with AWD. They do handle a bit better than the more aggressive tires and last a tad longer. Overall a good choice .

I have the PA3, and you'll go anywhere with AWD.

I had those tires on my Evo 8 and they worked great, these cars are great in bad weather anyway.

Had our first snow this morning, roughly 2" on the roads. Went out for a drive and the PA4's are absolutely awesome. Will report back when we have deeper snow.
