Fitment help

Considering buying a set of te37 off a buddy of mine.. Size is 18x9 +40 for my X will they fit? Or is the offset going to f**k me.

+40? i think the offset might screw you in the end. the rims might not clear the caliper

they're probably not concave either. a spacer would most likely be needed but not sure how big to clear that caliper up front then you would need a rear spacer just to make it look balanced all around.
