Another aftermarket wheel question thread!

Before you guys say anything, I just want to let you know that I did tons of research here and other Evo forums. However, the more I read the more confuse I am as I got different answers by different people.
Long story short, I just recently purchase the '15 and as much as I love the stock wheels I wish they're a bit wider. After all the research, I learned that 18x9.5 is what most of the Evo owners use. My question for you guys is that which offset and tire size should I go with so I don't have to roll/pull my fenders at all? The car is lowered with RT Ohlins.
Like I said, when I did research, some said I can get away with rolling my fenders if I do mild drop on the coils (which I don't mind) and stay with the stock tire which is 245/40/18. I just want to confirm if this is true since some also said it will rub even with 245.
Please let me know.

I'm on my phone, but I'm 99.8% sure your question has been answered. If not here, on another Evo x forum. I'd look around

18x9.5 +15 w/ 5mm spacers all around and 265/35/18 Michelin Pilot Super Sports (they're really beefy) on H&R springs with a slight fender roll in the rear. No rubbing at all

I guess if I go higher offset with 245 it won't rub then.

245 on a 9.5 looks silly. Personally not a fan

It kinda does, I'm currently rocking 245's on a 9.5 for my 4th set of tires.
I likely won't keep that size for my 5th set.

Konig milligrams. 18x9.5 +25. No spacers. 265 40 18 Hancock ventus v12 evo2. Perfectly flush. But I imagine with a big enough drop, fender rolling would be needed.

20-22mm is most common, but a lot of people run 15mm as well..get 255 +
