Vortex Generator for NON-MRs, Rice or Not?

This a riduculous topic to even consider. Mitsu simply produced an answer to create more down force to the rear wing by creating vortices (hence increasing rear window draft velocities...reference Bornoulli's equations etc.) To place it on the top of the roof is by no means "bling" or "rice" Simply put, it is a functional performance option (yes functional ...ref Mitsu Tech Review 2004)
It can be said that many aftermarket wings are considered "rice" and that is subjective at best. Wings provide aerodynamic downforce to the rear of the vehicle to promote stability at high speeds. Aftermarket wings may not go through these test and might help with down force but it seems that they are their for the aesthetical reasons.
Believe it or not, their are many equations and wind tunnel that shape aero pieces the way they do...for instance the MR vortex generator........even the not so popular Mitsu canards serve a purpose.

You can get yours from lots of places, personally got mine from ball mitsubishi in san diego, great price shipped and everything. forgot the number but if you do a search for the number you'll definitly find it.
