Some excess glue left from de-badging..
I removed the Lancer emblem from the trunk of my Evo. All of the glue was not gone when I took off the Lancer, and soap and water didnt work to remove all of it. Now it says Lancer in glue slightly, what can I use to remove all of that glue and make it like it was never there???

i found when removing emblems that getting the emblem off is easiest with some dental floss and for removing the glue i use a rubber valve stem stuck in a drill and at a low speed run it across the glue... takes it off real nice and doesnt damage the paint...

Goofoff is pretty strong stuff, I wouldn't want to put that on my paint especially if my car was dark colored... lol fuel would be a better choice and safer for the paint.
I used a hair dryer to heat the gule up and then fishing line to get behind the emblem, after that all you need is warm soapy water to remove the adhesive backing from the car
if you still have some left over use steel wool or a brillo pad lol

Either Goof Off or Goo Gone will work. Will not damage paint. Used it when I removed the stupid "Evolution" badge and installed the awesome UK trunk badge. The stuff works like a charm.
