Windshield cracked

Windshield cracked
Yup it's cracked and I don't know how it happend. Came outside in the morning and wham.....there it was
. It from the bottom of the windshield near the plastic that is around the wiper and them goes up and to the right. I don't see any indentation of a stone or anything.......
My question is do you all think that this might be covered under warranty since it looks like it started from underneath the plastic????

I forgot to mention I bought the car new in june of last year. ALso I was in an accident august of last year that did $10,000 worth of damage to front end.......mabye it's from that......

quite possibly, if the frame was tweaked even just a little, it could have been applying pressure to the windshield and it finally just gave in to it, never can jurt to take it by the dealer and see if they'll cover it. if not, head to the local glass shop
