Man you are clueless. Do some research and you will know that the 03-05 have the same internals...

Not too sure about the 10.5 hotside but I personally think the 05 is running better in the 1/4 due to better shifting response\feel on the 05. I'm sure change the maps slightly.

All I can say is that shifting on the 03 sucks!!!! Even after chaning fluids, Clutch line, etc it still is Only if this crap was like my honda.

Powershifting??? Don't try that on an 03

You did not do search; you're just being a moron. People have already upgraded cams on 05s, so there is no mystery. Anyway, cams have nothing to do with engine internals...cams are in the head.

Warrtalon: At 3000rpm, our cars make almost no power. Every Evo may be slightly different, but not THAT much different. Look at my stock dyno chart. At 3500rpm, I was making 160awhp and 110awtq. At 3000rpm, it was WAY lower...if you extrapolate the lines, it puts me at less than 125awhp and less than 100awtq.
You clearly know a fair amount about cars, but it seems like you still have lots to learn. You had it backwards. You said "160awhp and 110awtq" but it was actually 160awtq and 110awhp. It can't be the way you had it because:
P[HP] = Tq[ftLb] * rpm / 5252.1
...so the Tq number is always > the HP for RPM<5252.
You also seem to confuse HP and TQ in other ways. We don't "feel" HP or power. It is the strength of the force or G's that we "feel" pressing on our butt-dynos and the force (or acceleration) is proportional to TQ. To be a little more complete, G's = const * GearRatio * TQ.

Here is a chart that shows what is going on (note: This Tq profile was taken from the SCC mag. The points are spaced every 500 RPM from 2000-7500).

Clearly there is a big drop off in acceleration around 5000-5500 RPM, but equally clearly you will be accelerating faster by reving at least to 7000 in all gears

As for mike1023, I can't be the only one curious what this wonderful job is and also out of curiousity, is English you second language?
