evo spotted

isnt there an evo spotted thread like there is for ralli arts? I thought I remember there being one, but I cant find it. if there is copy and paste the link for me.

The evo spotted threads are stickies at the top of the each regional forum.

actually there is not one for the region I am in. I looked in a few of the other regions, and most of them do not have an "evo spotted" thread, atleast not stickied to the top.

I guess the Northeast Region and the Southeast Region are the only ones with stickied threads. The other regions look like they just have a bunch of 'spotted' threads. I guess just start a new thread.
