Well actually invoice for ssl is 32230, I just got my 05 EB Evo with ssl package last week for under that invoice b4 TTL at brad benson Mitsu in New Jersey. If your on the market for an Evo you should go and check them. They're great guys over there. I recommend them to anyone who's on the market for an Evo. So if you or anyone else goes to check them out ask for Allan Carter(sales Manger) or Edward(sales person) and tell them Phil sent you. They should give you a good price on one .

ok....talked to the dealer today....after couple rounds of negotiation he's giving me $200 over the invoice which is 32.5k for a 05 evo VIII with the sunroof/leather package......he seems to be pretty firm at that.....is that a pretty good deal?

He can go lower. I got a white 05 with ssl for 31600 otd WITH the 0%. Don't be scared to say thanks and leave. Many times, the dealer will not give their best price on the frist trip. It might take two or three trips to the dealer to let him know you are serious.

that particular dealer actually has a 'worry-free driving' program in which they will replace dead batteries and worn tires for life. So even if i cant get the price to lower a bit more ill probably still buy an evo from there.

I paid 32k for my black SSL. Haggle the **** out of them, remember the 9!!!
Of course they'll tell you, like they told me, that these ARE LIMITED PRODUCTION CARS, so you're not going to see price breaks because a new model is coming out, since they all hold their value. . .I mean it is true, they DO HOLD their value, but I still told them I could wait until the 9 came out. . .and then they said, we'll we're marking the 9's up 3k over MSRP until Jan/Feb, so if you want to wait until next Spring for a car, etc. etc.
JUST HAGGLE. . . I drew out the process for nearly 3 weeks. . .and I was proud of the 32k before TTL.
