dont know why they are removable but i take mine out to help with my class 1 weight reduction lol

 

I just saw them in an evo the other day for the first time and I think they look great!

 

Wow I hope your kidding...I have had my fair share of cars and the evo ssl sound system is one of the best I have ever heard. I always upgarde my sound system with any car i buy and i will not touch the factory system unless I blow a speaker.

I agree...i have a whole stack of orion hcca gear sitting in my dining room collecting dust from my last car. not worth the time and effort to put it in - factory infinty system more than adequate.

 

but the stock sub kinda gets in the way of the rear tower strut bar..

 

it has a 10" sub in the trunk if i remember correctly, infinity brand

 

They couldn't find cows that big?
