Does the lack of hp before 3k RPM annoy anyone?

See, before my evo I had
1)Kawasaki ZX-6R (600cc motorbike)
2)Subaru Legacy (the non-turbo version, doesn't count)
3)Honda Integra Type R
So for my the evo pulls real good down low... and 3k rpm doesn't bother me at all...

How is that annoying? Who looks for power on a 4-cyl before 4k rpms, anyway?
I actually prefer the option to drive slow and save gas if I want. Look at it like that, and I promise, once you learn to drive it will satisfy you just fine.

Feel really really slow ? On my SRT, it annoys me that there isnt much hp/tq before 2.5k but with the 2.4L and smaller (quicker spooling) turbo, the low end isnt too bad.
