Welcome! I went through a similar dilema and made my decision. I haven't regreted it yet. Heres to my missed beloved girl "Jocelyn". 429whp of tractionless fury.

Overall the rsx-s is a great car, however it's slightly limited. Traction will always be an issue regardless if you have an LSD or sticky tires. I know of a few rsx owners that have 500whp+ daily driven, all of which complain about streetability. I have sacrificed power, but everytime I carve through a turn, the smile on my face is priceless. Also the 4g63 / awd is a perfect combination for some high hp potential and having 4doors is a huge relief.

Evo should not have problems at 400hp except for new clutch. There are some guys running 500hp+ on stock block.

AC yes. No Stereo. Roll up windows and manual locks. No keyless entry, no ABS/EBD, no map lights, etc. So less convenience. It does have the aluminum roof though and the boost gauge kit.
