A california duster will also keep both interior and exterior looking good in between cleanings.

I usually make sure I have time to do it....No sense in washing it if you're going to do a shotty job. I usually wash bumper to bumper then rinse and chammy it. Then I detail the rims and rinse that, then chammy the fender where I got it wet. Then I wax it. I wax it everytime. No sense in washing if you're not going to wax it.
