Dont worry too much.
I am pretty sure it's just the intercooler clamp.
Mitsubish might as well have just use rubber bands to clamp the hose down instead of using that cheap-a$$ clamp they use.

did you put it back to stock for the dealer oil change then forgot to tighten the IC hoses?

sound like the intercooler pipe.. make sure you clamp those down good.. when they come off on the highway it will most definately give you a heart attack!
