ok the orig pics are NOT photoshop.
they are def in the UK, id asume england.
i know this because im english and i grew up there. The yellow color is flourescent so it reflects and stands out, those are the standard police car colors in Britain.
Evo police cars in the uk doesnt suprise me at all, they also use cardboard cut outs of cop cars and put them on bridges so when people are driving by underneath they see the cop and slow down.
They're a pretty bright bunch over there

Sorry to be more OT, but I used to live in Bloomfield Hills, MI. They have a Hummer H2 also and more useless tax dollars to waste. They have to spend the revenue or they loose it. BH is a high dollar community and the cars are on display all summer long.

Basically, regardless if you own the car or have a 40k loan on the vehicle, if you get caught trafficking drugs in that vehicle, you just donated your ride to the police. They will either auction that bad boy off or use it for themselves.

Also, in the UK the first letter of the license plate designates the year of the car. The round sticker on the bottom right of the windshield is the MOT sticker(british road inspection ready)
