Can't boost past 12-15 psi

I checked all vacuums, and intercooler piping, all appear in proper working order.
Any ideas?

AEM intake, Megan Cat back.
I removed the waste of life greddy type rs bov, and put the stocker back in until my new bov comes in the mail.

It almost feels like fuel cut, but it was an off and on thing. Like when it first started it was only for the first 20 minutes it would do it. But now its all the time at 12-15 psi.

I'm sure it's not backwards. I'm currently searching for a pic of the stock unit just to confirm that it's in right.
Any help finding a good pic would be appreciated.

you got to have something on wrong... simple as that .... look at the boots diagram and check it twice. BoV being on backwards wont do anything to your lvl of boost. but make sure thats on right to.

Only other thing i can think of is maybe you replaced the Stock boost line with some vaccume hose.... and you dont know about those retarted *** boost pills.

I looked at the pics of the blow off valve properly installed, and mine is the same way...with the cap facing the radiator.

Did you reset the battery? Disconnect Negative 10 minutes/ reconnect, start car, DO NOT TOUCH the gas pedal, let idle for 20 minutes? Try this if you havent yet. did you get oil on your MAF tungsten wire? are you running rich? This is kinda a "limp-home" mode scenario.

I just installed a new blow off valve, and it still does it.

I'm getting pissed. Sounds like i'm in for hours upon hours of troubleshooting @ $65.00 an hour.
