Sounds like you have some pretty good numbers for the parts you have on the car already.
You need to practice your launch when running the 1/4 mile. I dont think its so much the car as its the driver. A car can make big numbers or low numbers but its the driver that will make the difference.

The probelm is your driving. What is your 60ft,not 0-60MPH time.RS trans dosen't match well to your setup, get a normal GSR tras and 4.11 final drive so you can cross the line at fourth gear. What is the gear you cross the line??4th or 5th??

Since you already have a BB IX turbo and are maxing it out with 30# boost and 440 WHP, you really need to go to a higher flowing turbo. At least a Turbo Dynamics upgrade of your existing turbo, like their their 4" ported shroud compressor housing with the larger, 5-bladed White Rabbit compressor wheel, or get a bigger turbo altogether, like at least a Garrett 3076/3037 or better, a 3065 or a 35R.
Along with the bigger turbo, go to a more aggressive cam profile such as one of the Jun's(272), Tomei 280's, or the Piper 290's, so as to fully take advantage of your ported cylinder head and intake manifold. You mentioned that you have access to a MOTEC unit so your tuner should be able to get it all to idle, even with those cams and larger injectors.
Your setup is capable of an easy 520+ with hotter cams and higher flowing turbo and throw in a larger intercooler. This should make up for average driving and reward you with big trap speeds.

^^^the problem is not his horsepower man its his driving. hes making 400+ hp and hes running 12's before adding more power we need to teach him how to drive! The power you just said he could free up would be a waste if hes still in the twelves.
So put the e-brake on at the line, rev er up, drop the handle, slip the clutch, no-Lift shift, and move that arm as fast as you canhttps://www.evolutionm.net/forums/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=3454847#

... car has 440 hp and 620 Nm @ 5200 prm [/QUOTE]
I don't mean to seem irreverent, however the above quoted WHP # seems way optimistic to me given the low trap speed and the basic level of mods used. Granted, I am no expert but doesn't a 113mph in an Evo equate to about 340 WHP at most?
Also, reaching 440, even at the flywheel, on a 2 litre, with relatively tame HKS 272's and a JDM 16G, albeit the IX turbo, upgraded to a ballbearing rotating assembly, with a ported head, on 109 octane, w/o nitrous or even Alcohol and a factory(Ralliart) ECU, not a standalone, seems a bit of a stretch. Are the stock injectors even capable of that much power w/o drugs?
