Defi Gauge Problem?

I just installed my Defi BF Amber Boost gauge tonight and was wondering if it was normal after the opening sequence that it stays at 0psi for about 20 seconds when the car is idleling then starts showing the actual vacum?

Thanks, I will post pics later of my setup.

hmm, very weird.....any ideas on why it would do that? Because right now I am at work and need to change the wiring the constant 12v. Because everytime I turn off the car I don't see the ending sequence and doesn't keep memory of the warning/peak feature.

Weird, for some reason I just started the car leaving work and it didn't do it. Anyways, my last question was this...in the opening sequence my need goes very smoothly but when it comes back down its not as smooth but the same speed as if it was going up. Does that make sense? lol
