Question Would this void my warranty?

I've been looking around for something to make my cornering better. Read somewhere that my ES doesnt have a rear sway bar so I was thinking of getting one. Would getting a rear sway bar mess with any paper work that I get from the dealer?

Ask your dealer.

Try www.Sema.org

If the failure to honor a claim involves the new-vehicle warranty, and it appears that the manufacturer is improperly denying a claim, the incident should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC is responsible for monitoring compliance with the warranty law; the agency's telephone number is 202/326-3128.

The only kind of claims issues I can see occuring would be a suspension related claim. They could say your aftermarkey sway bar, installed improperly or is incompatible with suspension setup, caused the suspension part to fail(I don't know, springs, shocks, control arms or whatever). They won't be able to say your sway bar bar caused engine damage

In most cases, they probably won't give you crap, unless you pulled into the dealership running a negative camber that looked like the rims were parallel to the ground, cut springs and a ride height shorter than Mini Me.

Yup, the only way you void the warranty is if you bring the car to get serviced, and they find that the problem is directly related to the cause of the aftermarket part.

if you put in a sway bar, and something in the engine gets screwed up, its not the fault of the sway bar so the warranty holds. if you have a problem with the suspension, it may be more related to the sway bar, and if it is found that it is the fault o fhte sway bar, you void the warranty.
