i got an 06 TB IX i got 20% all around and 35% on the windshield my car IS PITCH BACK i wouldn't recommand getting them i can see perfectly but cops stay on my *** so i have to roll ma window down everytime i see them, but 20% all around is sweet!

One of the questions you should ask yourself i you are leaning towards a dark tint is if you are planning to move or not - when I bought my car it had the TX legal limits on the rear windows and rear passenger windows with about 10% on the drivers side and passenger windows - looked gorgeous, but when I got to NH they made me strip it all off in order to pass the safety inspections.

From My experience, I got 5%.

It's great in summer in TX. With the sun, it looks just like a 20%.

But winter in winter and night, I have to role my windows down to back up. You can not see out of them. Sure it looks great, but not to wreck a $20k+ car.

I would stay legal with the state. My ticket was $330 just for some tint!

i have 5% limo tint u can barely see at night and when u park u have to roll down the windows, but the good thing is that no one can see me. but mayb i went overboard. oh and i have to roll down my window everytime a cop passes by.

+1, i'm in the process of replacing my tint to legal limit cause i cant afford $86.00 fine everytime a cop is bored. Virginia blows!

I'ver had 15% tint on every car i have ever known, and never got a seocnd glance from a cop not once. it was Llumar tint too. I like it cause it's not black but it gives could privacy...G/L with whatever you chose!

depends on where you live too. If you live in a city, most city cops have better things to do then pull you over for tint. They only do it when they suspect you of something or they have to meet their quota for the month. Generally cops in the city don't pull you over for small crap like that.

I moved to the suburbs and the cops will pull you over for everything. They are so bored. They have nothing else to do.

3% is Good, So when your carrying the fat chicks no one see's only thing your ride will be dropped 5 inches and your tires will be finish before you get to your destination.

i got a 35%llumar in my rear passenger to back. if you dont know what it looks like, find any SUVs (Explorer, Denali, Escalade, etc), they should have about the same percentage.

now if you want the limo tint in the back, imho, it doesnt look good if the driver's/shotgun's windows are not tinted or its up to you, you have tarmac Evo so i guess its okay. anyways, when i get tired on the driver's side having no tint, i will put 15% to kind of fade from the 35% making it look better, but so far im happy with it.

Trust me, I get pulled over for not having a front license plate.. I dont think its gonna be hard for them to pull me over for a window tint too!
