i DD my evo and honestly i drive normal most of the time but once a while ill have some fun but i dont beat on it because that's just me. I was just curious how often do you guys beat on your car or redline the hell out of it? oh btw if you have nothing nice to say then just dont say anything at all. im just curious how much beating does the evo take from the owners.

Suprisingly, I very rarely get a chance to drive my car hard and take it up to redline. The area I live and work is just very populated with residentials and people walking around, I dont get much of a chance to. Kinda sad I pay so much for a car I dont enjoy that much on a daily basis.

Well I merge on the highway twice a day so thats two times. I'll usually see an open stretch once a day so their are three more gears redlined. On the way home from work I'm usually stressed so their are 3 more times I redline it. Then I typically have to pass two cars so that is redline two more times. I dunno you do the math times probably 300 days a year.

the motor will 7800 rpms all day long.. it wont blow up all is tuned well, but parts will out alot faster.. you didnt specify just hitting the rev line on shifts, or running a course and being close to redline the whole time..
