First thing I bought used EVO VIII 2003 ECU swapped it to my car i can read ROM no prob and i can change number in ECU under Misc => immobilizer to what it was in old ECU. I did my search and some people says that IMMOBILIZER memories ECU s/n and could not work with other ECU and it goes to trash once u change ECU. Other people says that IMMOBILIZER can be reprogrammed to new ECU with MUT tool at stealership.

My question is could i use any USED immobilizer with any USED ECU and do u know somebody who did it already?

not really. trying to make it work in my car and i don't know if i can use used immobilizer or i have to go with new one
