I have the TTP Engineering / Megan Racing DP and have never been able to get it to fit without slightly touching either the ACD or Oil Pan. I have tried several 'tweaks' as have several different shops without any success. Megan Racing is apparently aware of the issue and is creating a new DP for the 06's...

I am looking for a new DP, probably a 2.7 inch...

Because the HKS is like 2.75", I believe it would fit.
I have the xs engineering power max down pipe. It's a pretty sweet pipe. Only problem is if you were going to use it with your stock cat and cat back, it's a ***** to get the flanges to meet. I did it on another guys car and it was a *****. But no problems with an aftermarket cat and cat back.

The DC sports DP with cat delete fit PERFECT bolted right up to my cat back skunk 2 exhaust and the only issue i had was spacing out the front lower arm brace with about 3-4 washers.............the back brace fit fine. The exhaust combo i have soounds awesome not ricey and it is deep resonated and screams when opened up. Very happy with that combo.

Why do so many people buy 2.75'' downpipes, isn't that stock size or real close? why not 3''? I'm going for a 3'' dp.

shortly here, ill be running a full invidia setup. headers/turbo outlet/dp/and i already have an invidia catback. i have a tp also, but im too lazy to switch out the ultimate racing tp. when i do everything else, i guess ill switch it out. but ive heard a full invidia exhaust system and its extremely deep. i loved it and got a woody from listening to it so thats why i decided to go with invidia. only problem is that its a little heavy. whats a few pounds anyways, just pretend you gained weight.
