I appreciate the Evo more because I did NOT pay for it. My hard earned dollars aren't going to **** if I destroy it, and that makes it worse. I was entrusted with many thousands of dollars worth of car that I didn't work for, and maybe I have a more caring relationship with my parents than you all, but the last thing I want is to disappoint them. Honestly, if I had paid for it and wrecked it, I would only feel bad for myself, but if I were to do it now, I'd feel much worse. I would be the cause, but not the only effect. Yes, I have a job and help with payments, but without my parents I'd be driving something far beyond my expectations.

I take really good care of my evo and not abuse it and all because it was something my parents gave me. that I had always wanted. so everytime im about to speed or do some thing stupid i always think about my parents since they gave it to me and they expect for me to take good care of it. But by no means they just didnt give me the money i had to work very hard to have good trust in them. So it stays in the back of my head as dont **** up your parents car cause they gave it to you and it wasnt FREE

I'm about to graduate high school, I got my evo because my dad lost a bet. I have very strict parents, who never say anything they don't mean, and they make sure I do the same thing. So when he lost fair and square, I made sure he ponied up and bought me an Evo. If I hadn't won, of course my dad wouldn't have bought me anything, my parents don't buy me anything except for food/shelter/clothes and all school stuff.
