Alky?

nob question- Can anyone tell me how alky works. how can you run more boost? where do you get the alky? ??

In a few words (before Warrtalon gets you), the alky suppresses detonation and once tuned correctly it acts as higher octane which allows you to run more boost, it cools down the combustion chamber, it makes the mixture cooler and denser, etc.

Also , buy the Sport Compact car magazine, there is a great article about the alky on a Evo.

What do you just ad the alky to the resuvour every time you get gas? where do you get the alky?

depending on how you drive 1/2 a gallon tank should be good for 2 or 3 tankfuls, about 1 1/2 if you drive hard. You can get it from home depot, lowes, etc..or from a local shop like one near me which stocks 55 gallon drums.
