Stay Away From Xenon Depot Kits (xenondepot.com)

Me and Friends bought 3 HID Kits from Xenondepot.com ....now one of the kits after installation started to flicker (3 months after installation)

i wrote them 3 emails saying that i had a issue with the kit...no response

...I called their number on the website for a whole week again no answer on the phone...

I also left phone messages.... No one bothered to return my calls.

Finally last thursday i got through to some arrogant ***** on the phone...after explaining to him my problem....guess what he had to say.

"well we are very sorry ... but uh our kits dont usually do that and if it is doing that it was an error in the installation or a power surge to the ignitor...blah blah
and unfortunately we will not be able to ship you a new ballast and ignitor since this is not an issue that arose from our side"

I am furious....i paid top dollar to get the absolute best kit on the market only to get ripped off....

The ordeal doesnt end there

Another fourth friend also ordered a kit for his Honda...

Unfortunately for him...his kit never came with bulbs and after a whole month of getting the run around Xenon Depot blamed the whole thing on DHL / customs. To top it all off the $475 kit was never insured and my friend got a lousy check for a $100 from DHL after filing a claim.

Moral of the Story...."STAY AWAY FROM XENON DEPOT KITS"
