Would they be able to ship the one from Don Herring to a closer Mitsubishi dealer? Or how would that work?

There is no MR "SE", it's offically termed the Appearance Package... of course that's being nitpicky. It is the specific version you're referring to. Yes I'm sure as they didn't sell Black MR before this version. Bought it off the first truck in my area at the end of Aug 2006. So anyone that actually owns one of the black MR evos got one listed as Labrador Black?

The Black for the SE(LB) is different from the standard IX and MR(TB)
LB is not available for MR

Bump! How does shipping work from dealer to dealer? Are they allowed to do it from out of state dealerships as well? And for southern California.. Those are superstores, not dealerships right? Or are they the same thing? And can they ship from those superstores down south to somewhere near me?

Is it the black MR SE on ebay? And also, how about those shipping questions from earlier I had? BUMP!

Yup, it is the black MR on ebay...they only had one left...I feel bad since I was in your situation not too long ago... As for shipping to one dealership to the other I have no idea. I think the superstores in So Cal will probably ship to one dealership to the other with no problem. The guys at Don Herring said that convincing other dealerships in my area would be difficult, and even if I did, MRs are so scarce nowadays that they would mark up on the price. I thought that the 35 sticker for a new one was legit, since some evo's that are sold with 5 or 7 grand miles probably have wear on the clutch or other problems. Again, I am nearly worthless on the shipping issue from one dealership to the other since I don't know if the Don Herring people gave me a bulls**t answer to save their own time. Good luck hunting though.

While reviewing your shipping issues, I think you can pm the dealers that frequent the market sections of these forums.
